Review and Pictures from “Christmas Crackers”

Review by Pat Taylor and pictures by Sheila Perry

Our Christmas outing this year was at the Wyong Golf Club, where we were entertained by Aunty Molly’s Christmas Crackers. About 25 members attended and had an enjoyable day. On arrival we were given morning tea and biscuits and then Aunty Molly took over for a little while entertaining us with repartee and songs. Christmas Lunch was then served, very enjoyable, followed by entertainment by Michael Montgomery who sang songs associated with Elvis, Phantom of the Opera, Louis Armstrong and a couple of Christmas Carols. There was audience participation. All together he was very entertaining, lively and enthusiastic.

Birthdays were celebrated. Other clubs were also there and the room was quite full. I believe everyone enjoyed the day very much.
