DESCRIPTION:Well-known stage and television entertainer\, Tim Maddren salutes the great saloon singers; Frank Sinatra\, Sammy Davis Jr. and Bobby Darin.\nMaddren and his pianist\, Russell Dick\, perform many of the great saloon classics such as Mack the Knife\, Mr Bojangles and New York\, New York.\nThis intimate experience recreates the sounds\, style and performance techniques that transformed the great saloon singers into the legends they have remained.\nTim Maddren is recognised internationally as a former member of Hi-5. With the group\, he was a double TV Week Logie and ARIA nominee.\nTim has played major and leading roles in numerous Australian stage production’s\, Fiddler on the Roof\, Bonnie Lythgoe’s Peter Pan & Tinkerbell and Cinderella\, Dream Lover – The Bobby Darin Musical\, Altar Boyz\, The Rocky Horror Show and The Addams Family Musical.\nMe & My Shadow has already had two SELL OUT seasons in both at the Studio in The Glasshouse Theatre (Port Macquarie) and The Basement at the Gold Coast Arts Centre. \nMorning tea at 10 am\, show at 11 am.
